Dear Fellow Arts Educator,

As part of the Bowie community, I am always looking for ways to engage our children’s love of art and music whenever possible.   One way is to provide more music, dance and theatrical experiences! We hope you will consider joining us for this special opportunity

. 

We have done the following:

• Prepared lesson plans for use in the classroom

You should:

•                      Decide if you are able to join us

•                      Receive approval from the regional office for this field trip

•                      Arrange for approved chaperones, no others will be admitted.

•                      Arrange for transportation to arrive between 9:45 a.m. and 10:05 a.m. 

•                      Take lunch schedules into consideration, there can be no food or beverages at the BCPA for this event

•                      Use the reverse page to reserve your space; fax with deposit to 240-334-4894 

•                      Your headcount & final payment must reach us no later than November 15, 2010

•                      Remember first-come, first-served

Your students and parents need to:

•                      Complete, sign and return the permission form to you

•                      Dress appropriately, leave backpacks at school

•                      Leave electronics home, keep cell phones off

•                      Have a great time

Pricing:

•                      Admission is $8.50 for all adults and students (a 75% discount)

•                      The final cost of this field trip to your students is entirely up to you

•                      Final payment must be received no later than November 20, 2011
